Catherine Pan-Giordano chairs the Firm’s U.S.-China Practice. Catherine was ranked as a Foreign Expert on China by Chambers and Partners in its Chambers Global 2023, a ranking she has received for four consecutive years since 2019. A Partner and Corporate Group Head in the Firm’s New York office, Catherine also serves as a member of the Firm’s Management Committee, the executive body of the Firm.

Justin Huff, a Partner in Dorsey’s National Security Law Group, was also recognized by Chambers and Partners’ Chambers Global 2023 for CFIUS. Justin advises domestic and international clients on CFIUS regulations and their impact on high-profile cross-border corporate transactions and projects. Prior to entering private practice, Justin served as a Deputy Director in the United States Department of the Treasury office responsible for chairing CFIUS.
