International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that Partners Robert A. Bob Rosenbaum is head of Dorsey’s Corporate Group and a member of the Firm’s Management Committee.  His practice focuses on helping clients, both publicly and privately held, achieve their strategic goals through mergers and acquisitions. He also regularly advises clients with respect to corporate governance matters, public company disclosures, SEC compliance and executive compensation.

Cam Hoang is a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Group and previously served for 10 years as Senior Counsel and Assistant Secretary at General Mills, Inc., where she helped the company achieve its corporate governance and SEC compliance objectives.  She supported directors and the senior management team on board meetings, worked on proxy statements and annual meeting processes, counseled the compensation and benefits team on executive compensation disclosure and equity plans, engaged with shareholders, led the subsidiary management team, and assisted on securities offerings.
