Dorsey counsel David Richardson is part of the faculty for this seminar on Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE) listings. Richardson, together with Lawrence Fok, Executive Vice-President of the HKSE, and Patrick Loftus-Hill, Managing Director of UBS Investment Bank (Asia), will consider the commercial benefits (including liquidity of the market and premium pricing for resource companies) and legal issues involved in listing on the HKSE.
