Through strategic and innovative thinking, Alyssa assists clients in achieving their litigation objectives.

As an associate in Dorsey’s trial group, Alyssa is dedicated to advocating for her clients through all stages of the litigation lifecycle. Alyssa has assisted clients in navigating a broad range of complex antitrust and commercial litigation matters. Alyssa also advises clients on merger control reportability, and assists clients in related government investigations.

Before joining Dorsey, Alyssa served as a judicial intern at the Supreme Court of Wisconsin. Alyssa is committed to maintaining an active pro bono practice, representing clients in human rights, civil rights, and other related matters.

  • Defending distributor of farm products from allegations that it conspired with seed and pesticide manufacturers and distributors to boycott electronic sales platforms. In re Crop Inputs Antitrust Litig. (E.D. Mo.)
  • Assisted with advising Montana governmental entity on payroll tax issues
  • Participating as counsel in Second Requests by the Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act
  • Assisted numerous clients navigate national and international merger control reviews
