Utilizing her prior experience as an Intellectual Property litigator, Lindsey helps clients devise creative and strong strategies to both protect and expand their brand portfolios around the world.

As a third-year associate in Dorsey’s Denver office, Lindsey joined the Trademark team in 2019 from the IP Litigation group.  During her years as a litigation associate, Lindsey worked on a variety of litigation cases, many related to intellectual property, spanning patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, complex commercial and trademark infringement matters.  Her practice now includes some continued assistance on intellectual property litigation and a primary focus on trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement, both in the United States and internationally. In 2018, Lindsey was selected by Law Week Colorado as one of seven attorneys in the Denver Metro area for their Up and Coming attorney list.
