Overview

AMELIA HELPS CLIENTS FORM THEIR BUSINESSES IN DELAWARE AND NAVIGATE COMPLEX GOVERNANCE ISSUES.  

Amelia's practice focuses on business transactions using Delaware alternative entities, including limited liability companies, partnerships (limited and general), and statutory trusts.  She assists in all aspects of the operation of Delaware alternative entities, including advising on their formation, governance, reorganization, contract interpretation, fiduciary duties, and dissolution.

Amelia is a member and former chair of the Delaware State Bar Association’s Commercial Law Section and a member of Delaware's Alternative Entities Subcommittee that is responsible for drafting the annual amendments for the Delaware limited liability company and partnership statutes.
