Krista is an associate in Dorsey’s Trial group. Her practice focuses on representing international and domestic clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes and employment law matters. On the commercial side, Krista represents clients in a range of matters involving fraud, breach of contract, defamation, business torts, the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act, cross-border disputes and various banking matters. In the employment context, she litigates cases involving restrictive covenants, Title VII, the FMLA, the ADA, the ADEA and the New York Labor Law. Krista also arbitrates employment disputes through the AAA and FINRA, and represents clients in the financial services industry in regulatory investigations conducted by FINRA.
In addition to litigation and arbitration, Krista counsels clients on employment law issues and represents them in employment negotiations.
During law school, Krista interned for FINRA’s Enforcement Department in Washington, D.C.
