Krista Bolles

Krista is an attorney in Dorsey's Labor & Employment and Commercial Litigation groups. She represents clients in complex commercial disputes and a variety of employment matters. She advises clients on effective strategies to manage litigation risk and skillfully advocates for clients when litigation ensues.

Krista has broad employment law experience. She litigates cases involving discrimination and retaliation, the ADA and FMLA, non-compete agreements and other employment matters. She has experience representing clients in the financial services industry in employment arbitrations before FINRA, involving employment terminations, compensation disputes, promissory notes and expungement of U5 forms. Krista also represents clients in FINRA regulatory investigations.

Krista counsels employers on compliance with the ever-changing landscape of New York employment law. She advises clients on a range of issues, from hiring and termination to pay equity and restrictive covenants. She helps businesses develop effective workplace strategies and strong policies and procedures to manage employment risks.

On the commercial side, Krista represents clients in a diverse range of industries in federal and state court and arbitration. She frequently represents clients in a variety of breach of contract disputes. Krista also litigates a range of other commercial matters involving fraud, defamation, complex federal statutes and cross-border disputes.
