Marcus Mollison

International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that Marcus A. Mollison has joined the Firm’s Real Estate & Land Use practice group in Minneapolis as a Partner.

Mr. Mollison assists clients across the country with real estate and construction transactions. He has deep expertise and experience with all aspects of real estate development, acquisitions and dispositions, investment funds, leasing, financing, governmental assistance and entitlements, and construction contracts. He also serves as outside general counsel, advising clients on regulatory compliance and land use issues.

Mr. Mollison joins Dorsey from Lindquist & Vennum LLP, where he was a partner practicing primarily in that firm’s Real Estate practice group. Before joining Lindquist & Vennum in 2009, he was General Counsel at Opus North Corporation, Associate General Counsel at Opus Corporation, and Senior Counsel at Target Corporation.

Mr. Mollison has a B.A. degree from St. Olaf College and a J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota Law School. He has been ranked in Real Estate by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business and has been recognized by Minnesota Super Lawyers. He has also served as an adjunct professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
