Miguel Fraga, Cuba’s second highest ranking diplomat in the United States, discusses Cuba’s complicated relationship with the United States and recent developments in Cuba. He is joined by David Townsend, an international trade lawyer who provides an overview of U.S. sanctions against Cuba and, with First Secretary Fraga, discusses opportunities for Minnesota businesses in Cuba, including agriculture, healthcare, technology, biotechnology, education and tourism.
