Overview
Nicholas assists clients in navigating the full spectrum of employment, healthcare, and litigation matters.
Nicholas’s litigation experience includes high-stakes disputes across all aspects of employment law, including restrictive covenant enforcement, discrimination, trade secrets, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and whistleblower retaliation, in both arbitration and court. His litigation experience is complemented with counseling experience across the full range of employment law, from navigating executive separations, to advising on restrictive covenants and disability accommodations.
Outside of client work, Nicholas is committed to pro bono service, providing employment counseling to several nonprofit organizations.
