Overview
Erik helps clients achieve their goals in litigation.
Erik’s trial and appellate litigation experience includes serving as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable David J. Porter of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and to the Honorable Howard C. Nielson, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah. He also assisted with briefing before the U.S. Supreme Court as a member of his law school’s Supreme Court and Appellate Clinic.
