Overview
Kristy helps clients in contentious matters and assists in litigation and arbitration proceedings in Hong Kong and internationally.
Kristy is a Paralegal (pending admission) in Dorsey’s Hong Kong office. She assists clients in a variety of complex commercial and civil disputes involving financial fraud, breach of directors’ and fiduciary duties, and other general contractual and commercial disputes.
Kristy also provides extensive legal support in Dorsey’s Corporate Practice, assisting with wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and IPOs.
