Kristy Ting

Kristy is a trainee solicitor of Dorsey’s Hong Kong office. Kristy assists clients in a variety of complex commercial and civil disputes involving financial fraud, breach of director and fiduciary duties, contractual and other general commercial disputes.

Kristy also provides extensive legal support in the corporate practice of Dorsey, which include conducting legal due diligence, preparation of ancillary legal documents and agreements as well as providing assistance in closing of various corporate transactions, such as merger and acquisitions and IPOs.
