Joseph represents financial institutions, agent banks, private credit funds, and commercial borrowers in a variety of commercial finance and equity transactions.
Joseph’s practice focuses on senior and subordinated lending transactions and related matters, including revolving and term facilities, both unsecured and secured, and involving diverse collateral packages across a breadth of industries. His experience extends to representing clients in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of related commercial contracts, loan agreements, guaranties, and security agreements. Joseph routinely advises his clients on corporate acquisition financings, asset-based financings, oil and gas reserve-based financings, and other forms of debt and equity financings.
