Cheryl is dedicated to helping Dorsey clients navigate the process for procuring financing for municipal projects by assisting Dorsey Attorneys prepare the necessary documents needed for each project.
As a paralegal, Cheryl aids Dorsey attorneys with drafting proceedings, monitoring deadlines, managing project files, collecting due diligence items, providing valuable client service, and managing official project transcripts. She works on a wide array of financings but her main focus is tax-exempt and taxable bond financings including general obligation, and utility revenue.
