As a member of Dorsey’s Corporate team, Getey assists with general corporate matters, securities filings and regulatory compliance.
Getey has worked in the legal field for over 20 years and has experience with business entity formations in various jurisdictions, foreign qualifications, maintenance of corporate records, and corporate compliance. In addition, Getey handles public and private securities offerings, Section 16 filings and Blue Sky reporting requirements.
