Overview
ANN RECKIN IS A PARALEGAL IN THE TRIAL GROUP AND HAS EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE ASSISTING ATTORNEYS IN COMPLEX CIVIL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LITIGATION, CLASS ACTION CASES AND SECURITIES INVESTIGATIONS.
Ann's duties include evidence management, factual research, drafting discovery and pretrial documents, preparing for trials and arbitrations, and providing support at trial. She has worked with the latest litigation support and courtroom technologies. In addition to her paralegal responsibilities, Ann supervises the Minneapolis office case assistants, guiding and staffing them for trial and labor and employment teams.
