BRYAN FOCUSES ON STRATEGIC PATENT PORTFOLIO CREATION, MANAGEMENT, AND PROTECTION IN THE U.S. AND ABROAD WITHIN THE MECHANICAL, MATERIALS, AND ELECTROMECHANICAL ARTS.

Bryan is Co-Head of Dorsey’s Patent Prosecution, Portfolio Strategy & Management practice group. He advises clients on protecting and enforcing their intellectual property rights, which includes companies and brands across the optics, materials, clean energy, manufacturing, outdoor sports, fitness equipment, technology, and food and beverages industries. He has extensive experience drafting applications and managing patent family and world-wide prosecution portfolio strategies.

Bryan has a versatile technology counseling practice, directed at providing clients with advice and analysis needed to make critical business decisions. His counseling expertise includes due diligence, landscape, freedom-to-operate, and patentability opinions, as well as advice concerning potential enforceability and remedies.

In addition to his patent work, Bryan is also skilled in trademark prosecution. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
