Overview
On the acquisition and disposition front, his experience includes representing REITs in the sale and acquisition of commercial properties. In addition, Jeremy has represented buyers and sellers of tracts of vacant and semi-developed land, and assisted with the drafting of master declarations, reciprocal easements, and other development agreements.
Regarding financing, Jeremy has represented a variety of lenders – from national banks to non-institutional lenders – in documenting and closing bridge financing, construction loans, and revolving lines of credit.
Leasing-wise, Jeremy has substantial experience representing both landlords and tenants in office, industrial, and retail leasing and subleasing matters. Specifically, he has extensive experience assisting retail tenants and landlords in ground leasing transactions for existing and developing shopping centers.
No matter the transaction type, Jeremy can prepare all pertinent deal documents, perform due diligence, and ensure a seamless closing.

- Represented national fast casual restaurant chain in ground leasing outparcels in new and existing shopping centers throughout the country.*
- Represented triple net REIT in the acquisition of a 50-site dialysis center portfolio. In the transaction, quarterbacked all site-specific due diligence efforts.*
- Represented large real estate investor in dozens of loans to developers for the acquisition and development of multi-family and mixed use projects in Arizona and Southern California.*
