Overview
Taylor counsels clients with respect to all types of complex finance transactions for governments, non-profit and for-profit entities.
Taylor counsels clients in varying legal roles regarding aspects of tax-exempt and taxable financings, including as borrower, underwriter, bond and bank counsel, working on projects across state boundaries to support development in housing, infrastructure, energy and other public-benefit economic development initiatives.
Taylor also has experience as counsel to borrowers and lenders in corporate finance transactions including acquisitions, mergers, refinancings, and other secured and unsecured credit facilities.
Taylor has further experience representing lenders and tax credit investors in complex tax credit finance transactions.

Representative Experience
- State development authority counsel in modifying master trust holding over $900 million in assets to be leveraged for economic development within the state.
- Bond counsel in $13 million tax-exempt multi-family housing financing in Iowa.
- Borrower counsel in $100 million crypto-currency-secured revolving line of credit and additional $100 million extension. *
- Fruit farm and processing borrower counsel in multiple term and revolving facilities totaling over $100 million in the aggregate, secured by, among other things, multi-jurisdictional mortgages. *
- Lender counsel in revolving and term facilities over $40 million in the aggregate for international beverage company. *
- Lender counsel in multiple term and construction facilities totaling over $500 million in the aggregate within one calendar quarter to provide financing for affordable housing projects. *
