Jared’s experience includes representing clients in the sale or acquisition of real estate, land use matters, and other corporate transactions relating to the development and operation of real estate. Jared’s prior litigation experience provides him with a multifaceted perspective when approaching client’s transactions and projects.

- Assisted a real estate developer in acquiring and operating agricultural properties.
- Represented clients in resolving real property disputes over easements, boundary lines, and civil trespass.
- Successfully defended businesses in commercial litigation against breach of contract claims.
- Drafted a successful motion to dismiss relieving a large business from tort claims.
- Drafted respondents’ briefs in appeals before the Idaho Supreme Court.
