Casey L. Mock

Casey advises clients on protecting and enforcing their intellectual property rights, which includes medical devices, materials, energy, manufacturing, technology, and food and beverages industries. He has experience drafting applications and managing patent family and world-wide prosecution portfolio strategies.

Casey provides clients with advice and analysis needed to make critical business decisions including due diligence, freedom-to-operate, and patentability opinions, as well as advice concerning potential enforceability and remedies.

In addition to his patent work, Casey is also skilled in trademark prosecution. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Prior to law school, Casey was a nuclear plant engineer for the Department of the Navy designing submarine reactors and training Naval Officers.
