Overview
Peter advises corporate trust and corporate service providers on the origination of structured finance, project finance, bank financings, High Yield and DCM, and on the amendments, restructurings, and contentious issues that arise post-closing on such transactions.
Peter collaborates with trustees and agents to provide cross-border coverage and ensure results align with English and U.S. laws. He supports repeat trustee placements and improves win rates on new domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions. He skillfully supports corporate trust, finance, and restructuring teams needing London execution. Peter also advises clients on contentious or quasi-contentious scenarios, including defaults and restructurings.
Peter is passionate about collaboration across departments and borders to ensure successful results for clients.

Representative Experience
- Advised the SPV Issuer and the corporate services provider on a series of restructurings on a structured finance program. *
- Advised the trustee, cash manager, account bank, paying agent, registrar, and note calculation agent on a privately placed bespoke repo-backed securitization. *
- Advised the trustee on the replacement of a collateral manager and associated consent solicitation process. *
- Advised the facility agent and security agent on the financing of a wind farm project. *
- Advised the security agent on a series of CRE loans both on origination but also on post-closing amendments, defaults and enforcement. *
- Advised the SPV Issuers and the corporate services provider on a series of issues and disputes instigated by a market participant. *
