Overview

Katie works closely with attorneys and clients in all phases of probate and trust administration, including preparation and filing of court documents, accountings, tax returns, and asset distribution, ensuring smooth transitions during potentially difficult times.

Katie has been a legal assistant and paralegal since 2010, spending most of her career in estate, trust, and guardianship administration. Katie has significant experience with estate disputes and litigation and other complex estate matters.

Katie has a master’s degree in Library and Information Science. As a result, she is skilled at working with large amounts of data and has a talent for research.

In addition to probate work, Katie has experience working as a patent paralegal with an emphasis on foreign patent prosecution.
