Arizona v. Mayorkas, No. 22A544: This is an administrative law and civil procedure case considering states’ ability to challenge the expiration of the Title 42 immigration policy that was implemented in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The question presented is whether the State applicants may intervene to challenge the District Court’s summary judgment order setting aside and vacating Title 42.
