International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that Partner Sandra Edelman has been named BTI 2017 Client Service All-Star MVP. The 2017 BTI Client Service All-Stars report by BTI Consulting Group has honored 319 attorneys for their superior dedication to client service.
Sandra Edelman, Trademark, Copyright, Advertising & Brand Management partner, was recognized by general counsel and other in-house lawyers from some of the largest corporations as one of the 54 MVP attorneys who are at the top of their game when it comes to delivering outstanding client service. MVPs are recognized year after year for their dedication to delivering the best service to their clients.
Ms. Edelman has extensive experience in brand name adoption and protection strategies, trademark and advertising disputes, and advertising claims review and counseling in both traditional and social media.
She acts as lead counsel in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings and ex parte appeals before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and advises clients on offensive and defensive litigation strategy. Sandy has also been the mediator in more than 30 intellectual property cases. Ms. Edelman is the immediate past chair of the firm’s Trademark, Copyright, Advertising & Brand Management Group and is a member of the Firm’s Management Committee.
