Dorsey & Whitney LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Jamie McCarty received the 2026 “40 Under 40” Award from the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal on April 23, 2026, during an awards ceremony celebrating the region’s most dynamic young leaders shaping the future of business and community.
Jamie was honored for her strong leadership, exemplary legal practice, and many contributions to the community. This includes giving more than 200 hundred hours of pro bono work annually, acting as a trusted legal and business advisor for the nation’s leading healthcare organizations, and serving as co-head of Dorsey’s Minneapolis office (and previously its women attorneys resource group). Jamie is also a board member for Habitat for Humanity and serves on the board of advisors for the Minnesota Law School.
The “40 Under 40” award honors the next generation of leaders who are shaping the future of business, culture, and community in the Minneapolis and St. Paul region.
