Dorsey & Whitney LLP associate Caroline Rogers has been selected as one of 15 associates to participate in the 2026 U.S. Bank Spotlight on Talent program. This year-long cohort experience focuses on building relationships and the professional development of rising talent at some of the bank’s select law firm partners.
The program will kick off at U.S. Bank headquarters in February with networking, learning opportunities, and goal-setting activities with bank attorneys and other executive leaders.
“As we prepare for the 2026 Spotlight on Talent program, we look forward to working with these 15 impressive associates from our partner firms,” said Jim Chosy, senior executive vice president and general counsel for U.S. Bank. “The time we spend together develops strong relationships and provides cohort members with unique exposure to our company, the Law Division, and the in-house practice. As a result, we are better positioned to navigate complex challenges together.”
Throughout the year, cohort members participate in leadership meetings, practice group roundtables, targeted workshops, and networking events. A highlight each year is the opportunity to work with a mentor and make an educational presentation to the U.S. Bank Law Division. Spotlight participants strengthen their knowledge of the financial services industry and U.S. Bank’s business while developing lasting relationships with Law Division professionals and their cohort peers.
“I am thrilled to have been selected to participate in this program and honored to represent my firm,” said Rogers. “I admire U.S. Bank’s commitment to supporting the growth and success of emerging lawyers. As a recent transplant to Minneapolis, I am excited to build meaningful professional connections, learn more about U.S. Bank, and develop relationships with members of the Law Division.”
Rogers is an associate in Dorsey’s Trial Group. She has a diverse practice handling a wide range of litigation matters involving employment issues, patent infringement, ERISA, Truth in Lending Act, medical malpractice, False Claims Act, and more. Prior to joining Dorsey, Caroline clerked for Magistrate Judge Cynthia Richardson Wyrick in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee from 2022-2024.
Cohort participants have three to six years of experience and practice areas relevant to the legal needs of U.S. Bank.
The Spotlight on Talent program will conclude in Fall 2026.
