For the eighth consecutive year, international law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP was named a winner of the China Business Law Awards, published by China Business Law Journal.

The awards are based on law firm submissions and industry feedback received by China Business Law Journal, including more than 1,000 comments from corporate executives, in-house counsel, and senior practitioners, in order to pick out the top-performing firms in each field. Apart from peer nominations, China Business Law Journal also received selections from government institutions, the judiciary, and academia. No more than ten international firms are selected in each category.
为了甄选出各细分领域下于表现最为突出的律所，《商法》根据收到的律所申报资料和市场反馈进行调研和评选。这包括超过 1,000多份来自企业高管、法务和资深律师的评价意见。提名来源亦十分多元，除了业界外，还包括政府机构、司法系统和学术界。每个类别入选的国际律所不超过十家。
