PROGRAM:

We are pleased to announce the 2023 Future Leaders Program. This week-long program will offer Future Leaders an opportunity to have direct access to successful attorneys and legal professionals at a premier law firm in New York City. This internship will provide first-hand experience around legal research, negotiations, the practice of law and the legal industry and highlight the business and employment skills needed to succeed in a corporate/legal environment.

Future Leaders will participate in activities including mock interviews, resume building, social events, mentorship, and more. This is an excellent opportunity for students looking to build professional skills in a collegial and hardworking environment.

The week-long program will occur from July 10 – July 14, 2023. In addition to receiving mentoring and attending social events, participants will receive a stipend and NYC commuting expenses.

ELIGIBILITY:

Applicants from underrepresented communities should be high school seniors in the upcoming school year or currently enrolled in a college degree program (in exceptional cases, we will consider a law student). Successful applicants will have a demonstrated record of academic achievement, commitment to promoting diversity, and an interest in leadership.
