International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that Todd Chelius has joined the Firm as a Partner in the Tax Group in Salt Lake City.

Todd joins Dorsey from Amazon in Seattle, Washington, where he practiced for the last six years as a federal tax attorney and a member of the M&A Tax/Federal Tax Planning, Tax Controversy, and International Tax Planning Teams. Todd negotiated tax and legal aspects of Amazon's credit agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate investments. He regularly and frequently handled projects involving cross-functional and international teams.
