Dorsey & Whitney has welcomed a high-performing team of litigators known for handling complex commercial disputes. The team comes to Dorsey’s New York office from Cozen O’Connor.
The team is composed of Jeremy Deutsch, Christian Cangiano, and Elliot Coz as partners - and Christopher Paolino as of counsel.
The group is led by Jeremy Deutsch, and has worked together closely for years, navigating sophisticated matters involving corporate fraud, fiduciary duty, real estate finance litigation, and international arbitration across federal and state courts, as well as forums like the ICC and FINRA.
The arrival was featured in multiple media outlets when the team was announced, landing on the first page of The New York Law Journal, along with articles in American Lawyer and Law360.

“This group’s deep portfolio of litigation success stands out in our industry. They will be invaluable additions to Dorsey and to our growing presence in New York, and we are thrilled to welcome them to the Firm.”
