Dorsey’s Joe Acosta, a bankruptcy partner in the Dallas office, was quoted in Fortune highlighting the biggest hurdles companies will face in the coming year when it comes to filing Chapter 11 and other financial hardships.
“We have not remotely finished seeing the wake of the pandemic and its effects on major industries,” Joe said to Fortune’s Will Daniel. In return, he predicted that 2024 will be another slate of big-name bankruptcies.
