International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that Minneapolis-based Labor & Employment Partner Rebecca Bernhard will serve as the Firm’s new Diversity Co-Chair. Along with Dorsey Partner Cornell Leverette Moore, the Firm’s other Diversity Co-Chair, Ms. Bernhard will oversee the Firm’s efforts to promote diversity and inclusion in its lawyers and staff around the world.

“We are committed to strengthening our workplace and optimizing our client service mission by promoting diversity and inclusion,” noted Ken Cutler, Managing Partner of Dorsey & Whitney. “I am delighted that Rebecca Bernhard has agreed to take on this leadership role. She will bring tremendous talent and energy to the Diversity Co-Chair position.”

“I am honored to accept this important leadership role,” added Ms. Bernhard. “One of the reasons I joined Dorsey is because diversity and inclusion are core values of the Firm. I look forward to working with Cornell and our Diversity Partners in our offices around the globe to continue our progress toward our diversity and inclusion goals.”
