International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that Brian Moore has joined the Corporate Department in the Firm’s Minneapolis office as a Partner. Mr. Moore’s practice focuses on middle-market mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters and representation as outside general counsel to venture backed and closely-held corporations, primarily in the life sciences industry. He has been the lead outside lawyer representing leading manufacturers, early-stage companies and emerging venture backed companies on transactions in the life science industry ranging from financing, licensing and commercial transactions to sophisticated mergers, divestitures and structured transactions involving billions of dollars in total potential consideration.
Mr. Moore was previously a partner at Fredrikson & Byron P.A. He received a B.A. from the University of St. Thomas and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School.
