Dorsey represented Nycomed US Inc. (formerly Altana Inc), a subsidiary of Nycomed, in the purchase of all of the outstanding common shares of Bradley Pharmaceuticals Inc., a company focused on niche therapeutic markets. Nycomed is focused on specialty pharmaceuticals in dermatology. The purchase price was $346 million.
