Fox Business Network interviewed Dorsey partner Christopher G. Karagheuzoff for its daily "Happy Hour" program (so named because it airs live at 5:00 p.m. EST) on the subject of former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer. Spitzer resigned March 12, after he was linked to an escort service during a federal investigation. Karagheuzoff said that federal prosecution in such cases is rare, but that under the Mann Act of 1910 Spitzer could face a potential 10-year jail sentence.
