Fox Business Network interviewed Dorsey partner Christopher G. Karagheuzoff for its daily "Happy Hour" program (so named because it airs live at 5:00 p.m. EST daily) on the subject of President Bush's warrantless surveillance authority. A number of national telecom providers are facing multi-billion dollar lawsuits for providing the U.S. Government with private subscriber information pursuant to the President's claimed authority to order warrantless wiretapping within the United States. Congress has so far refused to pass a new bill authorizing such warrantless wiretaps in the future.
