- Sunil Dewan has over 20 years of experience successfully building, aggressively growing and managing restaurant, retail and consumer services franchised chains in U.S. and international markets. He has managed business in markets worldwide. He is a frequent speaker at international seminars and is an Honorary Advisor to the Franchising Association of India.
- Michael Fink is a Senior Vice President, deputy general counsel at Starbucks. He has been at Starbucks for 19 years and has managed and led a number of functions over the years. He currently manages several global teams and since November has sat on the executive leadership team for the Americas business. For the 7 1/2 years before that, he built and managed the international legal team with 25 lawyers in 9 countries and was a member of the International Business executive team. He is a graduate of Berkeley and Harvard Law School.
- Gary Duvall, C.F.E is co-Chair of Dorsey's Franchise, Distribution and Licensing Law practice. With over 30 years’ experience, he assists businesses in franchising, licensing and distribution. He represents local and international franchisors, manufacturers, suppliers, licensors, licensees, master franchisees, franchisees and franchisee associations, distributors and dealers.
- Guanxi Zheng is an international lawyer at Dorsey with more than 20 years of experience in a wide range of cross border corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing and franchising. Guanxi has authored books and written articles, and speaks frequently on China business matters.
