Peta Conn, Director, GB and Europe, Invest Northern Ireland
Based in London, England

I am a highly experienced strategic management professional and executive director, with dual Irish and New Zealand nationality, with strong leadership, organisational, and entrepreneurial skills derived from a thirty-year career in the public and private sector. I offer significant expertise in all aspects of international business, having lived in Japan, the US (New York and Boston), the UK (London), and New Zealand, including representational government roles for two countries. I am seasoned in engagement with C-Suite and senior politicians, economic development, investment attraction, business growth strategy and planning, delivering exemplary client support, and energising high-impact teams to achieve first-class outcomes and revenues.

Commercial acumen and leadership prowess saw me appointed to the Head of Europe at Invest Northern Ireland in 2016, taking on further responsibility for the Americas team before moving to Boston in September 2019 to focus on the region full time. I returned to London to build up Invest NI's GB and Europe team and expand its European footprint. Heading up a high-performance team, my focus is on how to further elevate success in investment attraction and build up our trade representation to support Northern Irish companies in market.

Rebecca Gordon, Managing Director, General Counsel, Panmure Liberum 
Based in London, England

Rebecca has 20 years’ experience in Corporate Law, having started her career in the corporate team at Lawrence Graham LLP (now Gowling WLG) advising on Equity Capital Markets transactions and public and private M&A. Rebecca joined Liberum from Gowling WLG in 2015 as General Counsel, and was appointed Managing Director, General Counsel and Company Secretary on the merger with Panmure Gordon in May 2024.

Jennifer Scanlon, VP Operations, Global Strategic Partnerships, Northwell Health
Based in New York, New York

Jennifer Scanlon has extensive experience in operations and strategic partnerships within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Jennifer joined Northwell Health in 2016 and currently serves as Vice President of Operations for Global Strategic Partnerships, where responsibilities include developing and managing external partnerships for innovative collaborations with the pharmaceutical industry as well as international Trade Boards and their companies. Prior experience includes roles at PwC, where Jennifer contributed to the Health Industries Advisory practice, and at Enterprise Ireland and Stateside Solutions, focusing on business development for market entry strategies. In addition to professional achievements, Jennifer is as an Adjunct Professor at Cork University Business School and possesses advanced degrees in Corporate Strategy and Business Information Systems.

Melissa Moyle, Moderator, Partner, Dorsey & Whitney

Melissa Moyle is a Partner in Dorsey’s London office and is experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including landlord and tenant, development, acquisitions and disposals, property investment, and property finance. She also frequently advises on real estate aspects of UK and cross-border corporate transactions. Her clients include property companies, corporates, private equity investors, and financial institutions.
