Melissa is a partner in Dorsey’s London Real Estate Group. Melissa is experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including landlord and tenant, development, acquisitions and disposals, property investment and property finance. She also frequently advises on real estate aspects of UK and cross-border corporate transactions. Her clients include property companies, corporates, private equity investors and financial institutions.
