Dorsey’s Chris Bercaw, a Partner in the Corporate Group in the Firm’s Minneapolis office will be speaking at the Andean Outlook, the latest program in our International Roundtable Series, which will be held on Wednesday, June 3 in Dorsey’s Minneapolis office. Following a keynote presentation by Erik Brand, Publisher of the Inter-American Dialogue, Chris Bercaw will moderate a panel discussion among a group of distinguished speakers. The program will address topics that are important for Minnesota companies doing business in Colombia, Ecuador and Peru, including opportunities and challenges facing U.S. companies from business, legal and tax perspectives.
