Jack Kramer, a partner in the Corporate Department of Dorsey, will join co-presenters former Governor of Iowa Terry Branstad, now President and CEO of Des Moines University, and Jack Taylor, Chairman and CEO of Taylor Construction Group.  Scott Reed, Partner at KPMG's Audit Committee Institute, will moderate the panel discussion, and Tom Lydon, Managing Partner of KPMG's Des Moines office, will open the program and host the reception afterwards.
