International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that Partners Sandra Edelman and Michael Lindsay have been named BTI 2019 Client Service All-Stars. Sandra Edelman, Trademark, Copyright, Advertising & Brand Management partner, and Michael Lindsay, Antitrust partner were recognized from among 335 attorneys through in-depth telephone interviews with top legal decision makers at large organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue. Ms. Edelman contributes to clients’ business success by providing strategic advice on trademarks, copyrights, unfair competition, and advertising law.  Her deep experience in advertising claims review as well as advertising and promotional content in both traditional and social media rounds out Sandy’s full-service advice practice, making her a valuable asset to clients looking to grow and/or protect their market share. When disputes arise, Sandy is able to play a central role in resolving them.  She acts as lead counsel in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings and ex parte appeals before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and she works seamlessly with Dorsey’s highly-regarded Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group to develop effective litigation strategy and expert testimony.

Michael Lindsay is a partner in the Trial practice and Co-Chair of the Antitrust Practice Group. He practices in the area of general civil litigation, with a strong emphasis on antitrust (litigation and counseling), trademark and unfair competition, commercial litigation. He has a proven track record guiding publicly held, private, and cooperatively owned businesses in navigating antitrust issues and developing successful distribution models. He has demonstrated litigation skills to represent companies in disputes and provide practical advice for minimizing future legal problems.
