Martha Coultrap Dorsey & Whitney
International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that Martha F. Coultrap has joined the Firm’s Corporate Group in New York as a Partner. 
Ms. Coultrap’s practice focuses on private investment funds and fund investors.  She represents a variety of investors in alternative investments, including institutional investors, funds of funds, regulated financial institutions, public and private U.S. and non- US pension funds in domestic and offshore buy-out, growth, venture capital, hedge and special situations funds.  Ms. Coultrap joins Dorsey from the law firm of Sullivan & Worcester LLP, where she was a partner in the New York office and headed the Private Investment Funds Group.
Ms. Coultrap has an A.B. degree from Cornell University and a J.D. degree from the University of Illinois College of Law.  Ms. Coultrap serves as a director of Let’s Get Ready, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides high school students from historically under-served communities and first-generation-to-college students with free SAT preparation, admission counseling and other support services needed to gain admission to and graduate from college.
