Overview
Kennedy advises clients on a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters, including creditors’ rights, insolvency, and restructuring-related disputes.
Kennedy focuses her practice primarily in the areas of creditors' rights, restructuring, and commercial litigation. She looks forward to utilizing her judicial experience at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona to guide clients, develop strategic solutions, and deliver results in and out of the courtroom.
