Ginny Sawatzke

Ginny is a senior paralegal in the Intellectual Property practice group since 2000. She has more than thirty-seven years of experience in all phases of United States and International patent prosecution. Ginny provides assistance to attorneys in the preparation and filing of United States and International patent applications, affidavits, amendments and responses, assignments, information disclosure statements, petitions, powers of attorney, and on-line searches, as well as interacting with clients, United States Patent and Trademark Office examiners, and International patent counsel.

In addition to her patent experience, Ginny has more than 17 years of experience with United States and International trademark prosecution, trademark availability searches, and United States copyrights.
