Overview
Darren has more than 20 years of experience representing banks, private capital providers, debt funds, family offices, and other financial institutions in a wide range of commercial financing transactions, including commercial loan originations, loan workouts and creditor’s rights, real estate secured financings, construction financings, hospitality financings, bond issuances, equipment financings, gaming financings, tribal financings, and borrowing base revolving credit facilities.
Darren also has extensive experience representing financial institutions in warehouse credit facilities, mortgage loan purchases and sales, and licensing and regulatory matters.
Darren’s previous experience as in-house counsel for a large international bank contributes to his extensive knowledge of the financial industry and ability to work efficiently with in-house legal teams, bankers, and credit officers.
