An experienced project manager adept in strategy development, problem solving, and stakeholder engagement, she is passionate about working with clients and the firm’s legal experts to develop effective strategies to efficiently advance government affairs goals. Drawing on experience working in Senator Orrin Hatch’s office and Governor Gary Herbert’s Administration, she provides unique insight into issues shaping Utah’s economic and political landscape.
Cloe’s work on behalf of clients includes identifying strategic opportunities, conducting stakeholder outreach and relationship building, and monitoring policy and regulatory activity to assess potential impacts on businesses, driving smart policy engagement. As a registered Utah Lobbyist, Cloe collaborates closely with State Legislators, regulators, government officials, political groups, industry associations, and others to promote client interests and advance polices that strengthen Utah’s business community. Cloe holds a Political Science degree from Brigham Young University and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Utah.
