She has represented clients from a wide range of industries, including: a leading fitness equipment manufacturer in patent infringement litigation; a leading home automation and security system provider in patent litigation; the world’s largest aerospace company in patent prosecution; and one of the world’s most popular rock bands in trademark prosecution and proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. In addition, Michele has experience with pharmaceutical patents including Hatch-Waxman Act litigation.
