Overview
Minniette has nearly two decades of experience as a practicing transactional attorney in commercial leasing and secured transactions, corporate law, compliance, and public finance. Her background includes counseling clients on complex legal and regulatory issues and identifying solutions in fast-paced, evolving environments. She regularly advises on retail, commercial finance, and public finance transactions; negotiates and documents complex commercial loan and lease arrangements; and drafts and negotiates U.S. vendor agreements, local program agreements, and specialized financing structures such as private-label and co-branded arrangements.
Minniette also collaborates closely with her clients and opposing counsel to resolve issues effectively and helps clients structure transactions to mitigate legal and financial risk.
